At Velvet by Graham & Spencer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer tags are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
